We Were featured in a segment on News 12 this monday. We are also going to be featured in a segment on cable 6 news on Friday night at 5:30. Additionally, We have a spot scheduled on Sirius Radio's catholic channel next friday. More details and that and others to come soon!

After several months of anxious waiting, we are pleased to announce that Full Armor has been chosen to play at Pope Benedict's youth rally on April 19th. Over 150 bands auditioned. We are honored and flattered to have been chosen. 20,000 people are expected to attend. More details to come.

It's been a while since we posted any "news" here so here is an update on what we've been up to the last few months.

-We have been playing alot of gigs for schools and CCD programs ext. Which is something totally new to us. We have a had a blast meeting lots of really nice kids, and signing their CDS :)
- We have the final 7 songs for the new album ready to record. We are going to be in the studio the first week of March to wrap things up. Look for a MID APRIL RELEASE. The album is called "This Day" and will run circles around the last album.
- We are in the process of designing and making our first band Tee Shirt. Stay posted.

We'll keep you posted with other Full Armor news as it occurs ;)...STAY TUNED, and keep wearing that armor.

Lately, we have been very busy writing new songs for an upcoming studio release. We have most of the songs written and are going into the studio on october 20th to record th first 4 songs. Because of this the tour calendar is a little bare for the next couple months so that we can dedicate all of our effort to the new cd.

Recently, We have been talking with Mike Thomas, a recording artist and the director of Antiphonal records (a christian label in PA). This winter he will be doing a tour with a few of his fellow artists from his label. This said, we are pleased to announce that Full Armor will be joining the tour for several of the northeast concert dates. We are very excited about this opportunity and can't wait to get out there and share our music with a larger, more diverse audience.

Today, August 2nd, we finished auditioning new drummers. Our new drummer is a talented guy named Matt Juliano. The next couple weeks we will spend teaching Matt the set. He will be playing with us at church to get used to playing with the band. And, if all goes as planned he will be playing with us by our next gig (scheduled for August 17th in Herkimer).

This past weekend (July 28th) We travled about 4 hours up route 17 to play a concert in a town called Atlanta, Ny ( a small town about 60 miles outside of Rochester).
Based on some bad circumstances we found ourselves without an electric guitarist or drummer. This forced us to do the show acoustic, which is a first for us. This, however, turned out to not be a problem at all. The concert went great. The audience was very receptive, we sold quite a few cd's, and we all felt the spirit alive in the church ( especially during the encore, "Lord I Lift Your Name on High" (which we haven't sung together as a band in over a year)

So Thanks Atlanta, we hope to see you again soon!

After considering it for several months, we have finally decided to make a website. Hopefully this will be a great place for you to come to if you are looking for info on a show, wanna hear our music, or want to send a band member an email letting them know how you feel about something!
